We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, and care for our patients at home, assisted living or retirement community with no out of pocket costs under the Medicare benefit for home care.
Our admissions department offers live support by a team of patient care coordinators, making Integrity Home Care an easily accessible resource for answering your questions and getting your care started. Patients can request Integrity Home Care or be referred to us by their physicians, case managers, social workers, hospital discharge planners, nurses, families, caregivers or friends.
